As we are redefining our cleaning and safety protocols, our hygiene and cleanliness standards remain high, constantly taking new measures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We are actively making sure all necessary actions from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest rooms and common areas cleaning procedures are taken.
We are going above and beyond our normal protocols, to thoroughly clean all surfaces by using appropriate disinfection products, with frequent sanitization of high-contact points e.g. guest keys, remote controls, light switches and door handles. We make sure all air conditioning units are maintained properly, as the frequency of air filter replacement and cleaning is increased and fresh air exchange is optimized.
Our public spaces and high-traffic areas, including the reception, lobby, corridors, restrooms and breakfast room are being thoroughly cleaned with appropriate disinfection products by our highly trained staff.
Hand sanitizer dispensers are installed throughout the hotel. Social distancing signs in common areas will remind our guests to maintain a minimum distance to help keep everyone safe and healthy.
The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of our pool has been increased and disinfectant products suitable for the current situation are used.
We will be welcoming our guests in our outdoor spaces always keeping the safety distances. Check out time will be at 11am and check in will be at 3pm in order to have additional time for the thorough cleaning of the rooms.
Our team members are provided with Personal Protective Equipment such as masks and gloves keeping our guests and team members safe. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates.
